The Final Switchback Story: Final Switchback by Katie Reim is more than just an art brand, it’s a heartfelt tribute to nature, offering one-of-a-kind paintings and thoughtfully crafted goods that help people stay connected to the wild places they love. As Katie prepared to expand her reach, she needed a website that not only showcased her artwork but also embodied the warmth, intention, and environmental ethos behind her creations. She came to Halo Creatives looking for a way to share her story, streamline her wholesale experience, and make it easier for customers to explore and collect her art. Together, we built a custom Shopify site that brings the brand’s mission to life with serene design, intuitive navigation, and scalable features for future growth.
One of the most important pieces of this build was designing a custom wholesale experience without relying on costly apps or Shopify Plus. We created a streamlined, intuitive system using customer tags, custom code, and a dedicated wholesale collection,allowing retailers to browse and order with ease, while keeping the backend simple and efficient for Katie to manage.
The Problem:

Created a custom wholesale solution using Shopify customer tags, custom code, and a password-protected collection—no costly apps or Shopify Plus required
Integrated flexible product variants for different print sizes, giclées, and canvas options
Ensured the site could support both direct-to-consumer sales and growing wholesale demand seamlessly
